A versatile entrepreneur and business leader in Boca Raton, Florida, Brian Fettner has owned and operated the holding company BT Foods since 1993 and the athlete talent agency Elevate Football since 2014. Brian Fettner also owns a pair of restaurants in Greater Detroit under the name Maverick’s.
Also known by the truncated moniker “The Mav,” Maverick’s has locations in Canton and Woodhaven, Michigan. Mr. Fettner named these restaurants after his pet Jack Russell, and he donates a portion of all restaurant sales to local animal rescue organizations. More than family friendly, Maverick’s welcomes well-behaved dogs as well.
The menu at Maverick’s features items that range from ribeye steaks and chicken wings to rice bowls and fish tacos. It has different menus for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Maverick’s also features a full bar that offers cocktails as well as wine and beer. Its beer menu is particularly impressive, and features a selection of 50 craft varieties on tap.
