An accomplished real estate investor, Brian Fettner has overseen the holding company BT Foods since 1993. In addition, Brian Fettner owns and operates his own restaurant, Maverick’s.

Possessing two locations in the Greater Detroit area, Maverick’s is a family restaurant whose specialty is contemporary American food. The owner named the eatery in honor of his pet Jack Russell Terrier. In addition, his dog’s likeness is featured in the restaurant’s logo. Maverick’s donates a portion of its earnings to local animal rescue organizations.

Featuring a full bar and restaurant, Maverick’s offers a range of lunch and dinner options. With 50 beers on tap, the restaurant has a variety of signature cocktails, such as the Tropical Paloma, Citrus Cosmo, Dragonberry Mojito, and the Cucumber Gimlet. Margaritas and handcrafted mules are also available. Moreover, patrons are welcome to sit on the patio with their dogs, who will receive a bowl of water and a strip of cooked bacon.

As the owner of BT Foods and Elevate Football in Boca Raton, Florida, Brian Fettner draws upon decades of experience as a business leader and entrepreneur. Brian Fettner also owns and operates two Maverick’s restaurant locations in the Detroit, Michigan, area.

Located on Ford Road in Canton and on West Road in Woodhaven, Michigan, Maverick’s Food & Spirits borrows its name from Mr. Fettner’s Jack Russell terrier Maverick. To further honor his pet, he donates a percentage of Maverick’s profits to local animal rescue initiatives.

A family dining establishment, Maverick’s has a wide range of food items on its dinner, lunch, brunch, and kids’ menus. It also offers a broad array of alcoholic drinks and a beer selection that includes 50 different craft brews on tap. Its rotating craft offerings have included limited-edition beers such as Old Nation Brewing Company’s Guava Boss Tweed and Founders Brewing Company’s KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge.
